If the product is under warranty (up to 1 year from the purchase date)
To process a warranty claim, you will need:
- A valid purchase invoice.
- The complete product, including all its components.
- The equipment must be clean and in a suitable condition for the technical service to handle and inspect it.
What does the warranty cover?
- Labour.
- Replacement parts required for the repair.
- Technician travel costs, whenever applicable.
What does the warranty not cover?
- Damage caused by improper use of the product.
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
- Products purchased with a known defect or issue.
What happens if the product cannot be repaired?
It will be replaced with a new unit if stock is available.
If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
If the product is out of warranty (more than 1 year from purchase)
Makro does not manage or take responsibility for repairs outside the warranty period.
The customer must contact a qualified repair service directly to request a repair assessment and quotation.
Makro may be able to recommend a repair service, but all arrangements and agreements must be made directly between the customer and the service provider.
