To place an order you will need to be registered in our hospitality distribution service. If you want to become a delivery customer, check our conditions here. If you are already registered as a delivery customer, directly shop in our web if you are logged in with your credentials asociated to your card. If you still donʼt have a digital account, sign up here. Remember to add your existing card to your newly created digital profile.
You can also place an order directly in our Makro Companion app.
Step by step:
1. Search articles: To create an order, you can find your desired products using the search bar or the category tree.
2. Add to cart: To add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart just click on the icon with the shopping cart symbol which is available next to each product.
3. Confirm order: Once you have added all the products you want to buy, proceed to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon with the shopping cart on the right side and follow the instructions to submit your order.
4. Track your order: Once your order has been confirmed you can continue tracking it by opening the “my orders” section and check the status of each order directly. Click here to learn how to track your order.
