On the website, if you already have an active session but do not remember your password, you can change it from your account under the 'Login and Security section', within the 'Password' option.
If you do not have access to your account and need to recover it, on the Makro website click 'Register / Log in' in the top right corner, and on the next screen choose the 'Forgot your password?' option.
Then, enter the email address for which you want to change the password. You will receive an email at that address with a link to set a new password.
In the app, select 'Register / Log in', and on the next screen enter the email address of the digital account for which you want to change the password. Then choose the option 'I don’t know my password'. The process will ask you again to enter the email address where you will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
Please note that emails containing the password reset link may take a few minutes to arrive and may also be sent to your spam or junk mail folder. Make sure to check it.
