Below we explain how you can link your card from our website www.makro.es to your digital account, so you can use it through the Makro app.
- Go to www.makro.es y click on 'Register / Sign in' (in the upper right corner of the screen).
- Click on 'Sign in' and enter your email address and password (same login details you use on your Makro app). If you have not yet created an account on the website or in the app, select 'Crear una' y continua el proceso. If you already have your account ready, please follow the next steps.
- Click on 'My Account' next to your bussiness name (in the upper right corner) and select 'Add your Makro card' from the dropdown menu.
- In the next window, select 'Connect your card now'. Then confirm that you are the cardholder in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
- Now, choose 'Enter manually' and add your card number and the cardholder’s CIF/NIF (make sure to enter the letter in uppercase). Please note that your card number must contain 22 characters. If this is not the case, contact our Customer Service team so they can assist you.
- Add the business postal code and the company name or other data that might be requierd to match the data verification (exactly as shown in your original registration details) and continue. Click Continue and Save to complete the process.
- Congratulations! You will now be able to see your card available in the app. It may take a few minutes to appear. If it does not, please log out and log back in to the Makro app, and your digital card should then be available.
Makro no longer issues physical cards as of 2026. To use your Makro card after registration, you must do so through the Makro Companion app.
Please remember that cards are personal and non-transferable, and that each authorized shopper must add their own card to their digital account.
