I have lost my Makro card, how can I get a new one?

In order to disable your lost Makro card, please reach out to our customer service support to block the old one.


Due to the issuance of physical cards, you won't get a new one. To be able to buy in our stores, please download the Makro Companion app on your smartphone, create a digital account, and link your card to make purchases at your local store as well as through any of our online channels.


If you don’t know your card number to link it to your digital account, you can ask for support in any customer support channels that you will find down bellow, where we’ll be happy to assist you with this process.
