How can I have multiple cards in my Makro app?

If you want to have all your Makro cards, no matter if you are the owner of the Makro account or you are an authorized buyer you can do it by following the next steps:

• Please go to www.makro.es and press 'Regístrate/Accede' (top right of your screen). 
• Press 'Accede' and log in with the desired account (same user and password on our app). If you do not have yet a digital account, please, select 'Crear una' and continue with the process. Remember, this email will be the same that you will use to check your invoices, and show your card to purchase in our stores. 
• When your account is ready, use the option 'Añade tu/s tarjeta/s Makro' to add your card number and link your card with thour digital account. Fill the information requested by the system and follow all the steps to add the card.
• You can proceed to do the third step for each card of different businesses you would like to have in the same digital account.

If you want to have your cards in different accounts, you need to follow the steps 1 to 3 but you should log out and log in to the proper digital account each time you want to use the different cards related to the different business you manage.

In case you do not know the number of your card, please reach out our customer service team by providing them identificacion information such NIF, business name,* etc so they can assist you.

*More information might be requested in order to identify you are an entitled buyer or owner of the company.
